Once you schedule your appointment, you'll receive a brief intake form. This helps me understand what brings you in, what you're hoping to work on, and any immediate concerns you may have. You don't need to have everything figured out -- just share what feels comfortable.
Whether you join me in-person or through a secure telehealth session, you'll be welcomed into a calm, private, judgement-free space. You can take a few moments to settle in, breathe, and get comfortable.

My fee for clients paying out of pocket is $125 for a 55-minute therapy session

A secure HIPPA platform is used to conduct virtual sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.
